  • Shift Minimums: 4-hour minimum for daytime, 10-12 hours typical overnight
  • Holidays: Time and a half
  • Contracts: From 4 weeks up to 6 months

Overnight newborn care is available in 10-12 hour shifts. This helps provide steady support and peaceful rest for both you and your baby.
